- The season runs November 1 to March 31.
- Snowfall is confirmed by our crew on site, Environment Canada readings and our weather service. You can also ask for a visit.
- No storm surcharge up to 30 cm. Above that, finish times extend but the price stays the same.
- Every visit ends with an update by text, email or WhatsApp.
- Before the season we walk the property with you, take photos, install snow stakes, mark gardens and edges, and agree where snow is piled.
- Snow is piled in the spot we agree on. If our equipment damages your lawn or interlock, we repair it.
- Salting is an add-on. Between visits, ice, refreezing and drifting snow are the property owner's responsibility.
- The seasonal price is flat, with no refund in a light winter.
Each plan is quoted for your driveway. Pay in full for the lowest price, or split the season into instalments or monthly payments.
